Bees and Tourists... In Salt Lake City UT

The City turns it on... and they come.

Flowers welcome Spring and render our high altitude desert truly a Paradise.

Very warm weather with snow still on the mountains. Short sleeves and assorted light casual gear the order of the day. Tourists (and cameras) everywhere. And, of course, with the flowers, we have evidence of active bees and promise of local pollination.

Color of flowers and blossoms against blue skies with light fluffy clouds is truly uplifting.

Salt Lake city, Utah, ~ a great place to visit, a wonderful place to call home. Yours too...?

Larry, Salt Lake City is beautiful any time of the year, but right now, wth all those lovely spring flowers it's even more amazing.

Larry, I've always enjoyed visiting SLC!  The views are also, and a chance to go down to Red Iguana for a great meal is something I miss when I'm not visiting.

Juli - magnificent is right. Check out the bloom sizes.

Liz/Bill - We'll have to do an "on-the-spot" restaurant review when you are here again. I have had the colorful advantage of working around City Plaza and Temple Square for the whole of Spring.

Hello larry,  Love the flowers this time of years, but sorry you can keep the bees there in Salt Lake City.

Will - I will take any bees at this time. They are getting scarcer each year.
