This home was a successful Short Sale with BOA. It was a long attention to detail and very frustrating at times. This home sale will go down in the books as a memorable one. This was my first one with BOA and using the system Equator can be a nightmare at times. Once we were assigned to a Negotiator that knew what he was doing and would respond to questions, it started to go smoother and move forward.
To date this is the Most Satisfying Sale I have had. We helped a seller move on to the next phase of their life and the new buyer start a new life as newlyweds and a child on the way. It really made me feel good once it was final.
No I am not a expert on Short Sales but I am gaining more experience with them. Franklin, NC has more Foreclosures than we do Short Sales and I guessing its because there are very few people who want to walk through the process.
