The Whistler real estate market has been a busy place this past week with a number of new listings and sales occurring. Although my prediction of a large number of new listings coming to market at the first of the month didn’t materialize to the extent that I expected, I am pleased to say we had 31 new listings this past week giving us a grand total of about 69 new listings since May 1. We had 11 price reductions and 23 sales this past week compared to 38 new listings, 11 price reductions and 13 sales from the previous week. As the weather starts to heat up here in Whistler so it appears are the sales!
