Bug season is officially here in the north country. When the sun starts to wane for the day they come out in multi swarms. Bug repel can get costly and most is not that effective. Try this: Everybody likes the smell of Vanilla, Everybody but bugs. dilute 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla extract with 1 cup of water and wipe the mixture on your exposed skin to discourage those pesky mosquitoes, black-flies and ticks.
