Today agents received those love letters from our local board concening Real Estate dues for 2008. I've been licensed in MS since 2002. I have never seen what I saw today. The dues gave a break down of what was being paid like always. However, this time there was a note that stated you can pay in installments SHOCKER#1 and the other comment was WE WILL ASSIST YOU ANYWAY WE CAN JUST GIVE US A CALL.Wow I was shocked!!! When did we start this. So I called the local board. I was told with all the agents having such a slow year in 2007 they are projecting that some agents will get out of the business because of the dues. So they are trying to assist. WOW

What a wonderful board you have. Well, you're in Jackson, MS. We stopped there one time for a meal with the kids and the people were so friendly! No wonder you have such an empathetic board!
