Happy Flag Day!

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.





I love flying the flag! I love our country and I am not ashamed to say this pledge or abide by the constitution.  My husband puts his life on the line 24/7 for the freedom that this flag represents.  I will defend this flag with my entire being. I do believe that saying the pledge should take place in every classroom across this Great Nation daily.  If you don't want to participate then you can sit your butt down, but don't take away my right to say this pledge.  I am totally against anyone burning the flag and I don't want to hear the BS about Free Speech in this regard.  Keep it to yourself this is my space!  Oh, HAPPY FLAG DAY!!

Jo- I love and respect all that the flag stands for and honestly recently seeing a company that sells flags and thinks sticking your business card on it to advertise made me barf a little.  It violates the flag code.  Very happy to see this post.  Suggested and my flag is flying today too.

We bought a flag today for our new house and we didn't even know it was flag day. I guess that would explain why it was on sale. (LOL)
