Edmonton home prices have been rising steadily since December. The number of homes sold is also higher this May than a year ago. The changes are probably due partly to the lower interest rates right now and partly to the season. Typically, the market picks up from spring to the start of summer. It remains to be seen whether or not the prices will continue to rise and the activity remain strong.
