La Fontaine Condos is located in Dallas east of Central Expressway, at the northwest intersection of East University Blvd and Skillman. 
The complex has an open, expansive interior courtyard that is completely shaded by live oak trees. Access to the upper units is from 2nd-story walkways that have wrought iron balcony details. The complex has a very strong "New Orleans Feel".
La Fonatine is one of 17 condo complexes in the area bounded by Lovers Lane, Skillman Avenue and Greenville Avenue. Unlike many of the other complexes, La Fontaine was built as a one-of-a-kind project. Nothing else in the area is like it.

One-bedroom Studios: not much square footage, but for the right person, it gets the job done!
One-bedroom with two living areas: one of my personal favorite floor plans...it makes a great place for someone to have a place in town with a very flexible floor plan. The 2nd living space can be used as formal living or as a computer/office space. A third arrangement is to use the den (which is open to the kitchen) as dining space and use the 2nd living space for living. Put a sleeper-sofa anywhere in the mix and this floor plan takes care of everything.
Two-bedroom with one living area. This floor plan has the most "apartment like" feel of all the floor plans. But, depending on finishout and updates, these can be a good choice.
Townhouse floorplan, Two bedrooms up, living and kitchen down, with one bathroom up and a half bath down. This floorplan brackets the complex, being placed on the east and west ends of the complex. The townhouse units on the east back up to Skillman and consequently have a lot of traffic noise. The units on the west are on a side street, Amesbury. Consequently, their outdoor living space is very usable.
Three bedroom with one living area. See...I told you they had everything! La Fontaine's 3 bedroom units are almost the only ones in the area. One of the things about these condos is that they are located in an elementary attendance zone for one of the best elementary schools in Dallas ISD, Stonewall Jackson Elementary.
