I spent my weekend getting mulch on my beds. Previously I had edged between the lawn and the bed, trimmed the shrubs and prepared for the mulch. My plan is not to have my home as one for sale in Lancaster PA. Rather I believe that regular maintenance and annually preparing my lawn and beds will make it much easier to place my home on the market sometime in the future.
It was quite hot here in Lancaster PA, but with proper planning, slow and steady work and plenty of fluids, the mulch was completed. I like it and I know any potential buyers will like it on your home as well.

Curb appeal is so important and yet many home owners neglect it. I had a client recently that wouldn't even go into homes that had poor curb appeal saying "if it looks like this on the outside, I don't care to see the inside." Some of those sellers really missed out on a ready and willing buyer!
