My Clients Closed a Home Purchase in Beautiful Cinco Ranch yesterday and it was the end of a journey with some twists and turns in the road. Believe it or not my clients and I actually got fired by another new home builder in Katy TX after my clients had signed a contract on a home located in a Cinco Ranch neighborhood. At first we were shocked as there was never a good reason set forth. Now we are actually proud of the fact as these folks did us a favor. The firing of my client and I will be the subject of another blog. My clients are really great people and a lot of fun to be around. We all had a good laugh when we discussed the firing yesterday with the Title Company closer.
My clients bought a new spec home from Village Builders and the closing which went pretty smoothly was yesterday as I said above. The home is over 4,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, media room, game room, library, travertine tile, covered patio, good sized yard and numerous upgrades. The builder did provide very nice incentives and for the most part was easy to work with. My clients are experienced home buyers and they have very specific ideas as to what type of home they wanted and what features the home has to have. It is hard to figure out exactly where as it is sort of the chicken and the egg discussion as which came first. The HR folks also called me and did a phone interview before I got the appointment to help my then future clients. The husband was recruited from another company located in a different state and the Houston based company labeled his hiring as extremely important to their whole organization. I was much honored to get this appointment and all ended very well as my client accepted the job in Houston and started work here back in early June and now has bought and closed on a home in Cinco Ranch. The family is now in Katy TX and they move in to their new home hopefully on Friday.
