How many current days on market for homes in your price range and area? How many days on market do they average for their listings?

It takes a special agent to be able to sell your luxury home.

 

Your luxury home broker should know the local gatekeepers. The gatekeepers are the people in the area who know and associate with potential buyers for your home. They are either luxury homeowners themselves or who have a luxury clientele of their own.

 


They should be able to provide you with a marketing plan for your home. This plan should include a detailed timeline. What will they do to differentiate your home from its competitors?

Lastly, your luxury home broker should continue to educate themselves on the luxury segment. They should be regularly attending training events focused on this specialty market. They should associate with other like-minded luxury brokers in the area and in the geographic region.
