Million Dollar homes in Freehold on the Rise.
Four short years ago only one house sold for over $1,000,000 in Freehold Township according to the Monmouth County Multiple Listing Statistics.
During the real estate peak in 2005, 8 homes closed in excess of $1,000,000.
In 2006, seven homes closed in excess of $1,000,000 and in 2007 only three homes closed in excess of $1,000,000.
The good news there is already four homes scheduled to close in Freehold Township in the million dollar plus range in the first quarter of 2008.
If this trend continues, there will be more million dollar homes sold in 2008 than there was during the peak market of 2005
