by Allyson Freedman
Straight from the Edelen family farms, Homestead Farms celebrates its fourth year bringing a variety of crisp fruit and vegetables straight from their garden.
Using integrated pest management to keep the produce fresh, the booth is usually filled with an assortment of crops featuring tomatoes, lettuce, kale, spinach, basil, eggs, broccoli, raspberries, cabbage, peppers, cucumbers, squash eggplant, watermelons, cantaloupes and many others.
In addition to pest management, Homestead Farms also utilizes organically approved sprays to create the best produce possible.
