Here’s the truth

I will present it to you in the form of a question. Why don’t we do what we want to do, need to do, should do, and most times know how to do?

We think the next training session, new dialogue, or technology is going to change it all.

We keep chasing it and go into the constant “spin cycle” of the business.

Here is my discovery: The growth of your business is not outside your business, its right before you inside of your current business.

Unfortunately, the “what now what” is part of the human condition. We all experience it at some level, some more than others.
