Largest Recorded Sale Of A Seattle Floating Home On The Horizon of Lake Union

After multiple offers and many weeks of negotiating, the largest recorded sale of a floating home will be on record by the end of October if all goes well with the transaction. If not, I happen to know of at least two back up buyers for this floating home which will sell for well over $3 Million Dollars.

Hi Mary - we don't do alot of surveys on transactions for these typically - inspection and then an additional dive inspection is more of the norm. They are wonderful homes to work with!

Wasn't my listing - I wish, but the owners are family members of a certain large regional company here which I shall not mention. Just the same, as I gave no real details about the property and can't until it closes :) I do love the floating homes market!

Hi Tarris - you would think it would do well except that the city does not allow rentals that are less than 30 days on most of these and the docks also have rules against it.
