Secluded! Landlocked home with 190 acres on a dead end street. 32 acres of tillable bottom land, mixture of pasture, native grass, hardwoods and Laughlin creek running through the middle make this a rare find. Whole farm over seeded in rye and the bottom in wheat. Lots of deer & turkey. Currently managed for personal white tailed deer hunting. Great fence and cross fence. Food plots and paddocks make this a desirable cattle grazing operation as well.  Home completely remodeled and updated throughout into a cozy 2 bed cabin. New electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, energy efficient windows, blown cellulose insulation, floors, kitchen, bathroom, trim, roof, etc.  24’ x 36’ shop with wood stove, 12’ lean to, concrete & 220V. Small goat milk barn with electric, hot water and A/C could have many uses. Older livestock barn, equipment shed and root cellar complete this homestead. Owner willing to sell home and 10 acres separate from additional 180 acres.

I don't usually read listings that are not in the area where I work, but the title here made me wonder what a milk barn turned into a house would look like.

The land outline reminds of the state of Texas, don't know why.
