The highlights of the 2007 results for The Woodlands real estate market are as follows:
Number of home sold were down 7.5% in 2007 versus 2006
Major contributor was extrememly low inventory of active listings
Number of custom homes sold were down 25% in 2007 versus 2006
Custom builders were unable to replace record number of homes sold in 2006.
Creekside Park opening was delayed until October 2007.
