Tax Rebate

By
Real Estate Agent with Frank Rubi Real Estate
Wow a whole 1200 dollars.  Thanks, must have been hard giving me some of my money back that I worked for.  Do you realize what the politicians just admitted?  From both sides?  Taxes do hurt you and I.  We must give some back so you can spend it.  Great how about cutting the gasoline tax, property taxes, social insecurity tax and so on.  I think we have about as much chance as a snowball in, well you know where.

How great is it that if you earned over $150K as a married couple last year, you don't get jack yet you paid in a TON of money??  I want my rebate.

my favorite part is where people who did not pay taxes but made at least $3,000 get money "back" - don't you have to pay in to get it "back?"  Does this mean that my 14 year old paper boy who does not pay taxes gets a $300 rebate?  Boy, does that ever stink like day old french fries.

Take a good look at huckabee for pres in 2008 he appears to have a good plan that would work if he get it passed- he does not support  our tax system he agrees that it penalizes us who choose to better our lives- he does not agree with capital gains tax and so on ( he supports a federal sales tax he say's that is the only way to make every one pay - people curantly work under the table - drug dealers- prostitutes- and so on currently pay no tax but if tax was collected as a sales tax all these people would have to pay Huckabee's plan would be good for the economy( no more capital gains tax would be huge in our industry!

I am a eal estate professional that has been in the business of buying foreclosed homes. My business model has been to buy at the auction then fix and repair as necessary to sell at retail by realators. At this time I have decided to suspend my actiity waiting to see what will happen to the market.  Anyways what I wanted to say is it has surprised me that no one in the media has suggested that this weak economic condition is caused by the FED. Let's face the facts that the real estate market had been over heated by low interest rates a year or 2 ago, but for the FED to increase rates at the pace they did. They are the fundamental cause of this soft real estate market and the weak economic conditions we are in. It makes no sense to blame the subprime borrowers. I think anyone in this business knows that there will always be a group of borrowers that will not be able to meet there loan commitments. But this significant increase in the numbers of these people is directly caused by the FEDs rapid increase in rates not the borrowers themselves
