Good Wednesday to you!
Today’s word is Thanks.
Many of you know of the accident that I suffered back in 2009. If you don't, go HERE.
I had an original plan that by the end of the summer I would be able to walk without a cane. I had some minor setbacks and did not meet that goal, however, I would not be held down. I set a new goal.
By the end of December I would be able to go 80% without the cane. I am proud to say that I have met that goal early. As of this week I have achieved that milestone and am very thankful.
By the end of January, I plan on jogging at least 1-2 blocks. I've been told that I'm crazy and shouldn't even attempt it. Funny, that's what I was told when I said that I would walk again and not be confined to a wheelchair.
So thanks to my wife, my family, my friends and all of you who have supported me through words of encouragement.
Just saying...
Thanks!
