Attention Real Estate Agents - 3 Things you Must Complete before Christmas
Thanksgiving has passed, Black Friday was the other day and now Christmas is right around the corner. We all deserve a little time off with our family and friends but we have a few pieces of business we must complete before we totally check out for the year.
I am going to keep this really simple yet do not let the simplicity of this email deter you from completing these important tasks. From my coaching experience, I know that these are the easy things that never get done and cost the agent the most money.
#1. Keep prospecting. The end of the year may be over according to the calendar yet everyday starts a new year in your business.
#2. Stop...and write out your goals for next year. Don't wait until after January 1st because the year will have already started and you will be behind from day one.
#3. Create an action plan so that your goals are more than a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper. Turn those goals into actions.
Remember , people buy and sell real estate all year long. The buyers and sellers that you are working with around the holidays are likely to be the one's most motivated.
