Yesterday morning I woke up and did my usual routine, got my coffee and juice and sat down to read my email and plan my day.  When I opened my email I found the message below in it.  It was from one ov my clients that closed on a short sale recently.  It was a very difficult transaction.  2 mortgages, and a very difficult buyers agent that clearly did not understand short sales.

I am frequently asked, why do I do it?  Why do I take on the short sales, and negotiate them myself?  My answer if I am good at it (100%) closure rate, and over 70 transactions closed, and I feel like I make a difference is someones life.  I get to use my best skills negotiation and compassion!  Continue to read, because this is why I do it!

I would like to express my appreciation to Pam Crawford from RE/MAX Professional Associates. I had to sell my home because I was getting divorced and could no longer handle the mortgage payments on my own. I didn't have a clue where to start. I mentioned my situation to a co-worker and she gave me Pam's number. I called her and explained my situation. She didn't hesitate to help me out. From start to finish she was always there for me. She handled all the paperwork, phone calls and everything need to short sale my home. My home was not on the market long before we received an offer. The offer was accepted and the closing process began. Pam worked with the mortgage company for me so I didn't have to worry about anything. When it came to the closing we were given a weekend to clean out an entire home. With my work schedule, I started to panic that I couldn't get everything done in time. I emailed Pam and was frantic. At the signing of the paperwork, I was very stressed knowing what was ahead of me. Signing paperwork on a Wednesday and having to clean my home out by that Sunday I felt that I couldn't do it. The evening I signed the paperwork Pam called me. She told me that she could see the stress in my face and told me that her son was home from college and was going to go into my home and clean it out for me. I couldn't believe what she was telling me. I meet with her and her son on Saturday morning before I went to work to show them what I wanted to keep and what was trash. Not only did they work all day, they took everything that was trash to the dump for me and took other items to good will for me. When I got to the house after work that evening I couldn't believe what I saw. I was in tears at that the fact that all of this was done for me. I couldn't thank Pam and her son enough for all the hard work they had done for me. I asked her what I owed them for doing so much and she said to me, "this is my gift to you". I can't thank Pam enough for all the work she did for me in order to get my home sold. There are truly people out there that will go out of their way for others and that one person is Pam Crawford. I would recommend her to anyone who is need of selling/buying a home. She is a wonderful, caring, understanding, helpful person. Thank you again for everything Pam
