The University of Charleston has recently been approved by The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to open in Beckley and Martinsburg, as well as online instruction, in facilities once occupied by Mountain State University
Starting January 1, 2013, UC will begin offering registration, with online classes starting January 7 and spring semester classes starting January 14. US will also offer a "teach out" program for MSU students that can graduate in May 2013
Open houses are scheduled for Beckley on January 8 and Martinsburg on January 9
We are very excited her in Martinsburg and welcome UC to our town. We look forward to long and successful relationship with UC.
