Just Sold WATERFRONT Lots in The Landing on Lake Livingston!

I was blessed to represent the buyers on the purchase of these two waterfront lots in The Landing on Lake Livingston . The Landing is located just outside of Trinity, Texas on the northern end of Lake Livingston.

The buyers bought on the Lake Livingston side of The Landing, where it is restricted to only frame or brick honmes. (No mobile homes are allowed.) The Landing is known for having well maintained homes with manicured lawns.

Amminities at The Landing include a community center, playground, walking trails, fishing pier, and boat launch.
