Richard, when we have a true "fixer upper" or a house that only a contractor should be looking at...we would post a photo like that one.  Disclosing everything.  I'd rather the customer see this up front and be prepared for it, then show lovely photos of the few places that are in good shape and blindside the buyer when they get there!

Hmmmm   I've seen the same thing recently.  A home a seller wanted to sell but did not want to put the baseboards back down.  They removed them to replace tile and have not replaced them yet and want to list?  No thank you I said.
