Welcome to Woodside Knolls, in Middletown, New York in the town of Wallkill.
This community was built in 2008.
It consists of luxury townhouses that have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and are about 2500 square feet when including the full basements, most of which are finished.
The townhouses have garages for 2 cars and parking in front of the garage.
The first floor of the townhouses has a living room, dining room, eat-in-kitchen, and half bath. Some of the townhouses also have a den/office on the first floor, too.
Some of the living rooms have fireplaces to enjoy on those cold winter days and nights.
Each townhouse has a patio. Some are reached through a kitchen door and others are reached through living room sliders.
The kitchens have beautiful wood cabinets, and they often have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The second floor has a master bedroom and a master bath with a soaking tub, separate shower and a double vanity, two additional bedrooms and another full bath. The laundry room is on this floor, too, which is very convenient. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings or tray ceilings. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and each of the other bedrooms has a walk-in closet, too!
Most of these townhouses have finished basements which adds considerably to the square footage. These basements are typically used as a family room.
Each townhouse has a patio and some have both patios and decks.
There are many amenities in this community including a clubhouse, a gym, a swimming pool, a playground, tennis courts and basket ball courts.
The landscaping at Woodside Knolls is lush and there are many specimen trees, flowering perennials and annuals. When Spring comes, I will take more pictures and show you the beauty of the grounds.
As a pet lover I am happy to say that pets are allowed!
In 2012, ten townhouses sold for between $285,000 and $335,490.
At the time of the writing of this article eight luxury townhouses are on the market ranging in list price from $249,000 for a short sale to $299,000.
Woodside Knolls is located in an area that is convenient for commuters going into New York City. The NJ Transit train station is nearby. Taking a train from this station, you will be able to reach NYC by going to either Hoboken or Secaucus. If you go to Hoboken, you will be able to take the Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) train to either lower Manhattan or 34th Street and 8th Avenue. The drive to NYC is about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
This community is also close to major highways, such as the NYS thruway (I-87), I-84, Route 17, and Route 211.
Woodside Knolls is close to the Galleria shopping center at Crystal Run and is about 15 minutes drive to the wonderful Woodbury Commons Premier Outlet stores.
