It really depends... if you are trying to promote yourself as a brand then having one's name in the blog would be ideal. This is especially true if moving to another location is in the future.
However, if after keyword research you notice that the location is generating more leads than your personal name brand it would make sense to include market keywords in your blog name.
In the end though, if real estate is based on location, location, location... the internet is based on content, content, content.
