I learned a little trick from a co-worker that I thought I would pass on to my A/R FAMILY. This year with all Christmas letters and Calendars that I sent out I also included a copy of their HUD 1 forms with all my clients that closed on a house this last year. I can't believe the response I got from this little stunt. Thought I would pass this on to my A/R Family and wish you all the best of luck in 2008.

I've been doing it for years. My title company thanks me for doing it also . They always get a bunch of calls requesting another copy since no one can find their copy when they need to do taxes.
