The Scott and White facility will be a 98 acre campus located just off of State highway 6 and Rock Prairie Road. The facility will be five floors with 403,000 square foot building with 143 beds. There will be a 4 story adjacent medical office building. There will be 110 medical providers with 30 medical specialties.
Bryan College Station Texas offers 4 medical facilities. St. Joseph's in Bryan Texas, The Physicians Centre in Bryan Texas, College Station Medical Center and now the new Scott and White Hospital.
The Texas A & M Health Science Center is a huge part of the economic growth. Texas A & M Health Science Ceter offers health professions in dentistry, medicine, nursing and bio medical science, public health and pharmacay.
Home sales were up 17% in 2012 over 2011 with the median price up 2.5%.
Single Family permits were up 30% while multi family rose by 17% up 191% from 2010-2011.
