We have found ourselves wanting to break into the world of blogging for quite some time now but never took the leap. As of yesterday, we have officially jumped in with both feet. We have a few objectives, which we are striving to accomplish with this blog.
Our main objective is sharing our knowledge of the real estate market with the public. We have lived in this community for over 12 years now and can confidently say we live and breathe Northern Virginia. Our family relocated here after a three-year assignment in France in 1999 and immediately embraced life in Great Falls.
The feeling of community led myself, as well as my son Kevin, to our careers in Real Estate.
As demonstrated by our first few posts, one of the staples of our blog will be monthly Market Reports on Great Falls and surrounding zip codes. These reports will go into specific zip codes and focus on one type of property i.e. Single Family Homes, Condos or townhouses. We have a good idea of which zip codes and types of property we will be writing about but if you don’t see your area, ask us and we’ll see what we can do!
We are also going to be using this platform to highlight our upcoming listings and keep you informed with our current listings. This is a great way to keep our readers and the community in the know of what Your Natural Connection Team is up to. Keep in mind; once we list your home, your listing will go out to all of our readers and the community ;)
On a more Hyper-local note, we plan to do some market activity for specific neighborhoods in Great Falls and surrounding areas. Again, we have a few in mind, but are always open to suggestions and will gladly accommodate requests when we can.
In addition to all of our Real Estate activity, we will sprinkle in a bit of what we do outside of our business. Although, our business never sleeps, we do find some time to enjoy ourselves! So look for small glimpses into our lives and what we do for fun.
Our Blog is a new venture for us, please bare with us as we learn this new outlet to reach our family, friends, clients and community. We are excited to explore it’s potential and hope you all will share it with your family, friends and community as well!
