Those of us who live in Society Hill know what makes our complex so special, but if someone was thinking of moving to our area, maybe into our complex, what would you say are the attributes of Society Hill?
I think one of the things that make our complex so special is that we have lots of grass and trees and nicely placed ponds. Quite often you will see condo/townhome communities that have a lot of buildings, but not a lot of lawn or trees. We also have a great pool, tennis courts, playground area for kids and a nice bike/walking path that goes for miles.
I also think that the way the condo and townhomes are laid out, it makes it easy to talk to your neighbors, and for children to get to know other children in their building/neighborhood.
