                                    Forsythia in bloom

Forsythia

Today was a dreary day, intermittent wet snowflakes was trying to make a mark.

I just couldn't help dreaming about spring, so close but yet so far away. So I thought I would focus on some of the scenes I have seen during previous springs.

The Forsythia came to mind. It is one of the first spring flower you will see around here. The brilliant yellow colors really lift the spirit especially after a long cold winter.

Ah yes, I remember the forsythia and the dogwoods too.  You're headed into a very nice season there.

Jennifer that will be a pleasant sight to see, and I hope that it is sooner rather than later.  Today was a little overcast here, but it was calm and warm for this time of the year.  I hope that we do not experience the Lion that March can be when it comes in like a Lamb

Patrick -  Peach blossoms are lovely. May we have an early spring.

Janis -  I was showing houses and getting soaked from the wet snow, it was unexpected.

Laura -  yellow is such a happy color, so much of it can be found in nature.

Kwee - I love the brightness of Forsythia, a true nature smile.

Have a great week everyone.
