The following is a list of categories that I use for myself and make available for agents in my market center that want to enhance or start their Center of Influence Database.  These are people that they know and feel"warm" contacting by mail, phone call or "pop by".  From new agents to announce they are a Realtor or for a Veteran Agent to make sure they are capturing as many "Who I Know's"

Who heads your local veteran's organization?

Who is your son or daughter's scoutmaster?

Who sells used cars?

Great list and what a perfect list for starting your own "Leads" club! I belong to a "Tips Club" called the Sonoma County Executive Assoc. here in the Wine Country of Sonoma County. It is one of the best sources of qualified leads I've ever encountered. I have an outline which Walter Sanford used to pitch back in the late 80's! It's called his "Diamond Club" but they all follow the same format as "LeTip" or other business "roundtables" or lead clubs. These are NOT service clubs but are strictly there for obtaining MORE business. Let me know if anyone wants the outline.

Hi Christine, Great list, another tip is, be sure to keep good notes, so you can recall when you last were in contact with that party. I actually copy and paste email conversations into my data base, so I have a history of that conversation for later use.
