Another Office Another Opportunity!!!

Seneca, SC- We are so excited about our Century 21 Bob Capes Realtors office that will be open and in full swing in the upcoming weeks. While many of our offices are in the Upstate and Midlands of SC we have finally reached up to the Golden Corner.  In the last year, even with economics and our lakes appearing dried up this market has really held steady with some numbers reflecting the best in years.  Oconee County is definitly an ideal location for those seeking a "slower lifestyle".  Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell have taken a beating with lack of rain but property value has not taken the beating along with them.  If anyone happens to find themselves "in our neck of the woods", give us a call we'd enjoy meeting fellow bloggers!
