Woohoo! 100,000 points on Activerain! It has taken a while but I've persevered through good and bad, ups and downs, a difficult market and now back the a hot market. Through it all Activerain has been a brilliant place to find out what's happening, meet new friends, find answers to challenging issues, and to expand my knowledge. It has been a great tool for my real estate practice.

Thank you to everyone that have commented on my posts, answered questions and written great post of your own! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experiences. Here's to the next 100,000 points!
