Investing in East Europe has become a big opportunity, and investing in special zones in this part of Europe, is believed to generate a lot of money. The zones around Dracula's Castles are waiting investors to reopen the moving society of holiday makers and tourism providers.

There are only few castles known as Dracula's Castles. Some of them were broken, others still exist. Broken Image Brancastles are in his legendary Principat of Muntenia, one of Romania's regions, where he reigned at the end of 15-th century. The ruins of one of Dracula's Castles, are on Danube river, near the town called Giurgiu(San Giorgio), and only foundation still exists. But it is placed in a touristic zone, near the harbor Giurgiu on Danube river, near the bridge over Danube river, between Romania and Bulgaria, and near the old Ferry, that was used over the Danube river, before and in time of WWII. The zone is a big isle, which land could be used for buildings as hotels, restaurants, sport resorts, for those people who live in the capital of Romania: Bucharest, who are afraid of making 350 km to Black Sea Coast and would prefer to drive only 65 Km to the river Danube.

The Romanian Government is working at a project, called Dracula Park, place for entertainment and holidays, that seems to have the best place in Giurgiu, near this broken Dracula's Castle. The unoccupied land near this castle, reaches around 50 Ha to 100 Ha, and the first buyers will earn 10 times the invested value in 3 years, or less time. The zone is full of historic remains, covered by Danube carried sand in thousand of years, so who digs, finds.

Another Dracula's Castle, and most known, is in Transylvania, in a little town called Bran, and in this castle was the custom between Muntenia and Transylvania, two of Romanian provinces. It was the summer residence of Romanian royal family, until the year 1947, when the last King Michael of Romania, was dethroned by communists. This castle is in a good condition, and placed on a hill, between Romanian mountains called The Carpathians Mountains. Around this castle is a little zone, called Barsa Country, where are many plots for construction for sale, and also many farms, in a very touristic zone. Thousand of tourists are coming here every year to see Dracula's Castle.
