The beginning of the new Real Estate Year!!!

I've alway said that the "market slows down in the North East from Thanksgiving to the Monday after Super Bowl Sunday.".

So whether the Colts or the Bears win, our winning real estate season begins on the monday after. All agents"secret" or otherwise return to the office. Kinda' like the swallows in Capistrano.

Since all holidays are over, it is a time for sellers to list. We suggest that they list before the "wait for spring" people. Buyers have been waiting for new listings.

It is a wonderful time to be in this business!!

P.S. MY money is on the COLTS. 27-13

Go, go Bears! First the Sox, now the Bears. Chicago & the surrounding areas are a great place to call home for sports fans. I also can't wait until it's over for the buyers to come out.

Hi Kevin & Sherry, I love Chicago!!! I've been there three times. It's a very clean city. I especially like Garrets popcorn and the deap dish pizzas.
