Brookfield Homes at the Preserve at Goose Creek is a great New Home Community in Ashburn. This subdivision has a unique layout with a diverse product offering. This week I will focus on the the Brookfield Homes offering at the Preserve at Goose Creek.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
First in terms of community amenities, The Preserve at Goose Creek will ultimately have a swimming pool and fitness center, jogging and walking trails, a planned Daycare Center, a playground and for the outdoor enthusiasts, water access to Goose Creek to break out your Canoes and Kayaks. The northern boundary of the property abuts a conservation area according to the developers. The overall layout of the community is unique because it is all built around a central hub where the pool and community center will be.
This community is close to the Harris Teeter, and not far from the Wegmans in Leesburg, the Brambleton Town Center, Dulles Town Center, the Lansdowne Town Center, and very close to the Dulles Toll Road. The close proximity to Dulles Airport and the future Metro, along with access to Loudoun Transit make this an ideal Location, Location, Location! There are two builders in the community, Lennar and Brookfield Homes which will be our focus this week. Brookfield Homes at the Preserve at Goose Creek is currently offering what's known as the Luxury Georgetown Collection which is not your father's type of typical townhome. These are described as attached single family homes and they look and feel that way. Two floorplans offered are the Gorman, the end unit featuring a floor plan that starts at 2552 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths with a two car rear loaded garage. The second floorplan in this collection is the Dahlgren starting at 2505 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms. I would suggest that you opt for the alternate second floor plan in each of these as the Master bedroom/bath combo is FAR more interesting.
The second product offering by Brookfield Homes at the Preserve at Goose Creek is a Neo-Traditional detached single family home that has a rear 
entry garage and boasts a two story, Charleston feeling double porch on the front. This floor Plan is called the Evans....check it out.
The third product offering by Brookfield Homes at the Preserve at Goose Creek is a "Coming Soon" collection of three detached single family home floorplans...the Yates, the Pennington, and the Wesley. All of these homes are currently offered with a free Recreation Room. Square footages range from 3,097 for the Yates to 4,185 for the Wesley.
