Spring Brings Sales - In Foreclosures - VII
Well, the numbers moved again. Today's legal notices showed a steep jump from 
last week's four, as there were seven (7) notices of upcoming foreclosures in this
morning's newspaper (TNT - Tacoma) for Pierce County.
Of these, six of them were the four week notice before the proposed sales on
July 5 (I wonder how many buyers are going to be around that long weekend?),
while the other one was for the following week.
With the other news that sales of homes listed for sales have gone up significantly
compared to the same time last year, and that the number of homes available is
lower than it has been in some time, one would think that if banks have other homes
in foreclosure now would be the time to get them out there, especially since we are
coming into prime buying time.
