Alan Gross and I met a couple of weeks ago to discuss his job as a lender, but more than that, some of the things he partners with agents with as a value add to their business.
Alan is an advocate of "Appreciation Marketing." With a completely RESPA compliant offering, he supports agents with getting their marketing efforts out in front of clients, and potential clients. Some of the efforts that Alan proposes, and supports are:

He provides agents with a pre-listing package that includes some aspects of pre-marketing a listing.
Alan is also the moderator of a Mastermind Group that meets weekly. I haven't had the opportunity to join in yet, but I will.
So here we have a successful lender, who works for PrimeLending out of Gaithersburg, MD, going out of his way to support agents, and their quest for success. He's going above and beyond what your typical lender would do for their clients.
As he says on his profile...he marries his knowledge of the mortgage business with the latest technology.
P.S. I even forgave him his lifelong obsession with the Redskins. Coming from a Giants fan...that's a lot ;-)
