The Sales are UP and the Inventory is going DOWN.
Comparing MAY/JUNE/JULY 2012 to 2013:
ØSALES are UP by 20.67%
ØINVENTORY is UP by 6.33%
SO – With Inventory only up 6.33% and Sales going up each month with the average increase of hovering at 21% – We will Soon be in a SELLERS Market!
We are also experiencing a large increase in CASH Sales – Yes CASH! This is having a large influence on the Housing Market across the country as well as the Lynchburg Area!
