As a young person, our family would watch TV on Saturday and Sunday evenings....Mama would pop ..popcorn and we would sit around and watch the Ed Sullivan Show.  We would see the new performers enter into the entertainment arena and say..that is never going to work.

Today, my Mother would be 97 years old if she were still alive.  She was such a wonderful Mother and was a stay at home Mother for us all.  She would wake us up at 7:00 am with bacon, coffee, scrambled eggs, grits,  toast and  jelly.  We always had a great start to the day..

I remember Mama...and miss her so much..   Happy Birthday Mama...I know you are with me..
