1. There were 36 units listed in Newtown Township in July 2013.
2. The average listing price in Newtown Township in the $150,000 to $750,000 range was $328,415.
3. There were 26 properties pending in Newtown Township in July 2013.
4. There were 50 units sold in Newtown Township in July 2013.
5. The average sold price in July 2013 in Newtown Township was $377,777.
6. The average days on market (DOM) for Newtown Township in July 2013 was 47.
7. For Newtown Township in July 2013, the average original list price was $396,137. When compared against the average sold price of $377,777 (in #5), we see that sellers received 95% of the purchase price for in July 2013 in Newtown Township.
