Maria - Good job on your marketing report. I know these do very well in the search engines :) I think I may have mentioned this to you before but instead of using your name as the link to your website why not use better anchor text? Something like New Providence NJ Homes with a link to your website would be much better. People will not be searching for real estate via your name.

Maria, It looks like New Providence is off to a good start.  How far is New Providence from Manhattan?  Is it a commute in to the city?  My daughter is living in Queens so I'm just now learning more about your area.

Hello Marchel, Do you ever visit Queens? From New Providence without traffic it would be an one hour - hour and a half. It's not too far. Actually we have a lot families moving here from Queens and Staten Island due to the easy access to Manhatten. By the way, Marchel I just received the book you recommended: Real Estate Advertising made Easy. Good Book. No more brain freeze. Maria

Maria, I make it to see my daughter as much as possilbe.  I expect she is going to be moving back to the west here within the year so I want to make the most of it while she is there.  It has been fun exploring new places.

I'm glad you like the book!
