Does anyone have any information, hope, fairy dust, that they might want to share as far as deductions or assistance for Realtors? I would really appreciate any advice....and so would the Great White Shark in my tummy:)
Good luck tomorrow! I know exactly how you feel I had that meeting about 3 weeks ago and I was SO nervous. My saving grace is my wonderful accountant Jeany Beth Maxwell in Jackson TN. She is a magician! She does taxes for several real estate professionals so she knows how my business works and what can be deducted. With my numbers I was paying $3700 but when all was said and done I ended up with a refund...small refund but hey it beats paying everytime. My advice is to make sure that your accountant understands your work and how much it really costs to do it successfully and a little magic doesn't hurt either!!
