House Inspections: North Jersey Realtors did you see this?

I am aware that many laws vary from state to state when it comes to things like buyer and seller representation, disclosures etc.

My area of expertise is Haskell located in the borough of Wanaque which is in North Jersey. I am a full time Real Estate consultant with Century 21 Crest Real Estate and there are inspection clauses typed in the standard NJAR Contract for Sale form that our office uses for house sales.

When I am asked by a client for a recommendation for an attorney, inspector or mortgage company I always give several names for each category. On the list of inspectors that I provide, you will only find companies that are fully insured and licensed in the state of New Jersey.

I am appalled! In the first place, they are absolutely in the wrong when they state that all of us represent the seller and more importantly..the success of my 20+ year Real Estate career is largely due to (past) client referrals. My goal is total client satisfaction....buyers and sellers alike!
