Sarah has nine years of real estate related experience with 2 years as a Licensed Sales Associate and Associate Broker. Sarah has been at R.J. Smith Realty in Pine Bush, New York for just over 2 years. Asa member of Team RJ, which is a Team of 13 highly qualified and diversified professionals. The Team approach offers multiple advantages for clients including expertise in all types, styles and sizes of properties. She is the pending coordinator for the residential and land listings of TEAM RJ. Working directly with the Sellers and Buyers to help facilitate the closing process and to make it as easy as possible for all parties involved.
Prior to coming to RJ Smith, Sarah was a legal secretary at a law firm in Ellenville, New York. Where she was able to learn a great deal about real estate and mortgage closings. Working with Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Title Companies and other attorneys, prepared her for her current position on our Team.
Sarah is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Services.
