The Spring Market has Arrived!  Although we still have a dusting of snow March traditionally marks the beginning of the hectic spring season.  If you have been searching for the perfect family home this is a must see.

Located in a quiet neighborhood this 2246 S.F. Cape sits at the end of the Cul-de-Sac.  Interior features include the formal living and dining rooms with hardwood floors.  The fully applianced kitchen includes a convection oven to save time and money preparing the family feast.  A large family room contains a cozy fireplace and sliders leading to a three season screened porch and the first floor also has a home office, half bath with laundry facilities.

Upstairs skylights provide an abundance of natural light for two of the three bedrooms.  For a Virtual Tour of this home just click the photograph below.

Dan nice job on the Virtual Tour.  I liked the looks of the house when you posted a blog on it a couple of days ago, but the video really gives a prospective of it.

George.... Figured the show would be of interest to consumers.  The post a few days ago was my pre-listing announcement for agents so they could inform prospective buyers before it reached them on the MLS.

Teri...  Hope it does go fast.  A quick sale is so much easier on homeowners since they aren't lingering in limbo waiting with months.

Thesa... That was a day or two after the "big" storm...LOL   Guess you could say global warming has reduced ground cover in our area.  February was the wettest month on record but it was all rain, converted to snow with the typical ratio of 10/1 we'd have over 6 feet on the ground...

Well this certainly looks like a beautiful home.  What a nice new listing!  I wish you good luck with your marketing program, and I hope it sells quickly for you.

Colleen... We had plenty of high winds and a pre-dawn thunder storm but with a temp of 50 the snow will never hit the ground.
