That's right I want to buy this market. Whether it is stocks or houses I want to buy and I need to buy. After-all stocks and houses aren't going to go down to zero. Why do we run away when the masses run away? My broker calls it a mental recession. Means mentally we talk ourselves out of making a commitment. I believe it was Warren Buffett who said "be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy". Get the point, talk to your buyers.

Most agents buy into the media like the general public does. I also believe that many agents who are in the real estate industry don't truly understand the true value of home ownership beyond the investment. The emotional benefits, the benefits that a home brings to a family, the stability, the love, the pride and I could keep on going. When the market is down...it is an even better time to buy. If you are moving up in price it is a great time to move up and the savings on the home you are buying just became an even better deal. Hurray for the opportunity!
