McGuire AFB: Home Buyer's / Seller's / Renter's Seminar and Fair - Friday, 14 March 2008

If you are stationed at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey or any area military installation, this is a reminder that the the annual "Home Buyer's, Seller's, Renter's Seminar and Fair" will be held Friday, 14 March 2008 from 1000 to 1400 at THE CLUB, Building 2508, McGuire AFB NJ.

There will be seminars discussing various aspects of buying, selling and renting, including mortgage, home inspection, legal, preparing you home for sale and the role the VA plays in home purchasing.

Exibits by local Realtors and service providers will be going on continuously, with an open fair from 1200-1400.

We will have a booth there and will be glad to discuss your needs as to finding the best type of housing that meets your needs and budget, whether you should rent or buy if not sure, relocation and finding a trusted professional where you will be moving for your next assignment, if selling we can discuss the current market and how best to position your property for obtaining the best possible price.
