Karen--What an eyeopener of $450K in VA! I know that homes are very affordable in Minnesota! Lots of space and at great prices compared to many other parts of the US. These types of comments help educate buyers that the real estate market is significantly different across the country.

Lighting is sooo important and if I can't get a shot on the first day, I will visit the home again and take the photo at a different time or from a different angle....Thank goodness for digital! :)
